0401 - Today's bake, Cherry Crumble Muffin and Blueberry Muffin. So, everytime aku dah bake sendiri, I'll share this recipes to you.
NOTED: PLEASE CHECK YOUR FINGERNAILS.
The most important when you want to become a Chef. Kuku tu benda wajib kau check everytime nak masak. Rambut pun kena sentiasa pendek and if you a girl, pastikan pakai hair net or seangkatan dengannya. Lagi bagus pakai tudung, lagi selamat. Hiks.
Before start buat muffin, kita kena buat crumble dulu. Simple je ingredients dia.
((CRUMBLE))
- 50 gm Sugar
- 50 gm Cold Butter
- 75 gm Soft Flour
Combine all the ingredients and mix until crumbly; DO NOT OVERMIX.
p/s: If it's become a dough, put back in the freezer and mix back.
((CHERRY CRUMBLE MUFFIN))
- 16 ml Corn Oil
- 16 gm Melted Butter
- 60 gm Sugar
- 28 gm Eggs
- 47 ml Milk
- 1 gm Vanilla Essence
- 79 gm Medium Flour
- 3 gm Baking Powder
- 1 gm Salt
- Blend oil, butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk and vanilla essence to the butter mixture.
- Add in dry ingredients to incorporation.
- Scoop plain batter into muffin cups and pipe cherry filling into the center.
- Garnish with crumble BEFORE baking.
- Bake at 190 celcius for 18-20 minutes.
In a cup make sure :
- 60 gm Muffin Mix
- 10 gm Crumble
- 5 gm Cherry Filling
((BLUEBERRY MUFFIN))
- 16 ml Corn Oil
- 16 gm Melted Butter
- 60 gm Sugar
- 28 gm Eggs
- 47 ml Milk
- 1 gm Vanilla Essence
- 79 gm Medium Flour
- 3 gm Baking Powder
- 1 gm Salt
Method:

- Bake at 190 celcius for 18-20 minutes.
